April 24 ~ Slow Flow Yoga 5:30-6:30pm
April 25 ~ Hatha 8:30-9:30am
April 26 ~ Vinyasa 11-12pm
April 26 ~ Yin Yoga 6-7pm

Class Levels

Level 1:    
Beginner-level yoga or for those who prefer a gentler practice. All ability levels welcome; must be able to sit on the floor and rise unassisted. Modifications are offered as needed. Includes breath work, stress relief and relaxation.

Level 2:    
Moderate-level yoga, suitable for students with some experience and for those comfortable moving from floor to standing postures multiple times. Modifications are offered, and classes are focused on creating stability, body alignment and breath work.
   
Level 3:    
Intermediate-level yoga, designed to build heat by practicing more complex flow sequences. Because this requires more flexibility and strength, students should be comfortable in Level 2 classes before attending a Level 3 class.
Tuesdays:
5:30-6:30pm Slow Flow Yoga (level 1-2)

Wednesdays:
8:30-9:30am Hatha Yoga (level 2-3)

Thursdays:
11-12pm Vinyasa Flow (level 2-3)
6-7pm Yin Yoga (All levels)

Saturdays:
8:30-9:30am Gentle Yoga (level 1)
